I have a print of a pencil sketch of . I was at one of her dinners and had her sign it. I am just wondering what it is worth to a collector?

Denver Post guest columnist and collectibles expert replies:

Hello Maggie: First, I like to say you had great forethought into having the sketch with you at that dinner with Margaret Thatcher. This did add a value to the painting. I would price the item at $750 to $1500. It is not common, so that can help the value. Make sure you take care of it with conservation framing so it lasts for a long time in good condition. Also, keep it out of direct sunlight when hanging it. Thanks for the email… Happy Hunting!

I have a deed signed by Grover Cleveland on Feb 9,1989. What would this be worth? And where might I take it?

Denver Post guest columnist and collectibles expert Aaron LaPedis replies:

Hello Deanna: You have a nice collectible but I have some bad news; Glover Cleveland did not sign it. Most of the land grants after Andrew Jackson were signed in proxy. Which means somebody else signed them. With that said, your land grant still has value, $150 to $185 would be a fair price on it. eBay is a good place to try to sell it. Thanks for the email… Happy Hunting!
